Toho Super Kaiju Welle 03 - Destoroyah (1995)

The wingspan on this Destoroyah figure really makes it stand out—it's got a menacing presence on the shelf. The articulation is solid too, letting me pose it in a diving attack stance without any trouble. Exactly what I was hoping for from this wave.

The wingspan is even more dramatic in person than in the photos, making him tower over my other figures. Paint application on the chest horn is clean and the articulation holds poses really well.

The wingspan is no joke—spread out it takes up a solid chunk of shelf space, and the articulation lets me pose him mid-dive like he's about to wreck the city. The detail on the final form is sharp, and at 5.75" tall he towers over my other figures without feeling clumsy.
