Toho Blind Box Wave 05 (Metaal) - Blind Box Flat

The metallic finish on these figures really pops under my desk lamp, and the sculpting on the kaiju details is surprisingly crisp for a blind box. I’ve been hunting for these classic Godzilla-inspired designs for ages.

The packaging on this blind box flat is solid, and pulling out a metallic Mothra with that classic vintage sculpt brought back so many memories. Each figure has a nice heft to it and the shiny finish pops under the light.

The metallic finish on these figures really makes the classic kaiju designs pop, and the blind bag format adds a fun surprise element. My only small gripe is the packaging could be a bit sturdier for collectors, but the figure itself is solid and nostalgic.
