Compare Peanuts FUN! FUN! Wave 02 Snoopy Walking and Flying Ace on pose, price, and display role so you can pick the right 5-inch vinyl for your shelf.

Quick answer

Choose Snoopy (Walking) if you want the lower-priced, everyday Snoopy that fits a casual desk or mixed-character shelf. Choose Snoopy (Flying Ace) if the aviator persona is the reason you are buying and you want a more story-driven display piece.

The pose does more work than the price gap

Both figures come from Peanuts FUN! FUN! Wave 02 and share the same cute, minimal Mascot Vinyl look at 5 inches tall. The real difference is what each pose says on a shelf. Walking Snoopy reads as relaxed and neutral, so it sits comfortably beside Woodstock, Charlie Brown, or non-Peanuts vinyl without demanding attention. Flying Ace reads as a scene: helmet, scarf, and the Red Baron daydream are baked into the silhouette.

That makes Flying Ace the stronger solo focal point and Walking the easier piece to work into a group. If you rotate displays often, Walking is more forgiving; if you build one hero shelf, Flying Ace gives you a clearer story.

Price is a tiebreaker, not the main decision

At catalog prices, Walking is the cheaper of the two and Flying Ace carries a small premium. Neither is a large outlay, so do not let the gap override the pose question. Buy the persona you actually want to look at every day; a few dollars saved on the wrong silhouette is not a real saving.

Where this comparison stops

The supplied catalog facts confirm height and the shared Mascot Vinyl aesthetic but do not list edition size, packaging details, or articulation. If those points matter to you, treat them as open questions rather than assuming either figure is limited or poseable. Both are display vinyl first.

Trade-offs to weigh before you buy

Persona vs. versatility: Flying Ace wins on character and solo display impact; Walking wins on flexibility in group setups. Pick the one that matches how you actually display figures. If you change displays often, lean Walking.
Price vs. preference: Walking is the lower catalog price and Flying Ace costs a little more. Decide on pose first, then use price only to break a genuine tie.
One figure or two: If you cannot decide, buying both is reasonable at these price points and gives you a paired Flying Ace and Walking Snoopy display. If you want one clean piece, choose the persona you would miss. Two figures only make sense if you have shelf space for both.
